What are the delivery times?

Delivery takes 3 to 4 business days.
Customs duties for orders are included, so no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
For pre-order items (out of stock), the estimated shipping timeframe will be specified on the product page.

What are the delivery charges?

Free delivery on purchases over $200
For orders under $200, shipping fees are as follows:

– $12 for standard delivery
– $15 for express delivery
Shipping options can be selected at checkout, depending on your preference.

How does the delivery process work?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Delivery is made to your home or to a pickup point, depending on the option selected at checkout.

Can I choose my delivery method?

Yes, when placing your order, you can choose between home delivery or pickup point delivery from the available options.

Emily's Pillow is not responsible for missing packages after deposit recorded by the carrier. Once your indicated package has been delivered, our responsibility is no longer engaged. Refunds or resends will be made on a case-by-case basis.

In the event of a problem, we recommend that you contact the relevant carrier directly.

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is not immediately available.Pre-ordered items are generally shipped within an estimated 1 to 4 weeks from the order date.

When a product is out of stock, it may be offered for pre-order so that it can be reserved in advance.If your order contains multiple items, it will be shipped together once all products are available, in order to limit the number of deliveries. As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent, allowing you to track the package until delivery.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied.

The refund is processed upon receipt and validation of the package in our warehouses.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your bank account then depends on your bank.

If you change your mind, return shipping costs will be at your expense.

However, if your item arrives damaged or if you wish to exchange it for a different size or color, we’ll take care of the return shipping.

Our pillowcases are made entirely of silk. 100% silk, nothing but silk.

The pillowcase closes with a very discreet zipper, hidden in the seam.
We worked with the workshop to reinforce the seams to have very strong seams on both ends.

Treat your silk with the same gentle care it gives you, following these instructions to maintain its delicate fabric over time.

• Turn inside out before washing
• Hand wash or machine wash cold on a delicate cycle
• Maximum temperature: 30°C / 85°F
• Gently press out excess water
• Lay flat or hang to air dry

Momme is the unit used to measure the weight of silk per square meter.

Our pillowcase is made from 22 momme silk, making it thicker and more luxurious than 19 momme silk, which is used for our accessories.

The higher the momme count, the denser, heavier, and more durable the silk. This means our 22 momme pillowcase offers a more premium feel, while our 19 momme accessories remain lightweight and perfectly suited for everyday use.

Both qualities are long-lasting, as silk is naturally durable over time.
