Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Personalized or custom items are non-returnable.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@emilyspillow.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping:
Unless the item is defective or damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges:
