The quality is incomparable to what I was used to ordering from another French site that uses Chinese silk. Here, the silk is French, and that alone deserves a few stars. But the service, delivery, order tracking, receiving it in luxurious packaging — all of this would be worth 7 stars, like a palace hotel. Because that's exactly the difference with other sites.
