I usually sleep with a cotton T-shirt over my eyes and since I discovered this headband I admit that it is more pleasant because it is less “heavy” and more breathable. I sleep very well with it, it is not oppressive at all and not bothersome on the circumference of the head. I don't have enough perspective to see the benefits in terms of dark circles/puffiness/wrinkles, but the fact remains that cotton is always safer for the skin and spots. I recommend if you like to be “content” to sleep.

My husband tested my headband and found it extremely soft, pleasant and effective in falling asleep quickly. So I gave him blue and this color is sublime. Also I highly recommend this brand.

Of very good quality, this headband is completely opaque and does not let any light through. Its large size and Velcro fastener give it great comfort. It's a real cocoon that helps me sleep well. After washing following the recommendations, it did not move at all. Maybe a little hot for summer, but overall it's really ideal :-)
